APPROACH

Targeted a travel trade and media U.S. West Coast multi-city road show campaign (with many components, such as planning, coordinating, producing and negotiating) to educate travel advisors, consortiums, associations, and specific West Coast travel media about Central Europe’s “Destination Specialist Program” (a new virtual partner and sales tool for travel advisors who sell or want to sell Central Europe).

RESULTS

• Created and produced a very successful ‘turnkey’ multi-city U.S. West Coast road show that included database optimization and distribution, venue, F&B and room night negotiation, supplier coordination and pre/post reports featuring all campaign goals and deliverables
• Embassy and partnering airline representation participated in each U.S. city
• Our ROI – We personally met over 1,000 travel advisors, media and influencers
